The Happy Happy Place

Relaaaaaaaax

Create your own little shaded oasis beneath a warrantied Solar States canopy. This system affords you all of the benefits of solar energy in a sleek design, while preserving your precious rooftop space or backyard area. Here are a few of the indispensable elements in Happy Happy Places across our region: full patio sets, hammocks, mini-gardens, yoga mats. We don’t actually advise on what to put beneath, we’re simply the canopy experts.

30% Tax Credit

The 30% Federal Tax Credit (available thru 2032) applies to the entire system. If you were considering a pergola already, make it a solar pergola and slash 30% from the tag price.

Warranties

These systems are protected by a 10-Year Solar States Workmanship Warranty and 25-Year Manufacturers Warranties.

Production Monitoring

You’ll be able to track system production in the Solar States Web Portal. The Portal is accessible to you on Day 1 of your installation. You’ll track system progress through to installation and, once installed, see production data.

Step 1 of 9

Cost & Payment - From $0 Down

Example A: $0 Down, 20-Year Loan

Anonymous Apple’s average electric bill prior to going solar with Solar States was $102. After evaluating Apple’s rooftop, we proposed a design with 14 panels. The system would offset Apple’s electric spend by 98%. Apple agreed to move forward, and chose to put down a down payment for a third of the system cost, and pay the rest with a 0% interest, 12-year loan that penciled out to payments of $66 per month. Apple’s entire out-of-pocket solar expense (including all loan payments made) was $18,197. We estimate that over 25 years, Apple would have paid the utility $36,588 for that same energy.

Example B: Paid Cash, 100% Offset

Anonymous Aardvark paid a little over $12,000 for a system that began producing well over 100% of his electric spend on day 1. Based on Aardvark’s historical energy usage, we estimate he would have paid over $31,000 to the utility over 25 years had he not gone solar.
