Before you submit a support request below, its helpful if we try a simple internet connection fix first. Here are a few steps you can take to double check and re-establish internet communication. As a reminder, the central inverter or inverters act as the brains of your system and require a steady internet to report production and any potential issues.

1. Let’s find your central inverter and identify which type of system you have. It may be in your basement, outside, backyard or alleyway or in fewer cases – on your roof. It will look like one of these:
