Solar Service Offerings
Removal + Reinstall
Having roof work done? Our team can temporarily remove your system and reinstall the system while ensuring all electrical connections are safe and functioning as intended.
Monitoring Plans
We can assist with tracking your system’s production, perform remote diagnostics, assist with processing any existing manufacturer equipment warranties and notify you if an on-site service call is recommended for repairs or a deeper dive.
Site Assessment
Been awhile since you’ve had eyes on your system? Our techs can visit and inspect all system parts and provide a report on current operation and production. If repairs are needed, we can perform those too!
On Site Troubleshooting
Got a problem? We can fix it.
Remote Phone Support
Need help with a simple fix? We can set up a call to walk you through resetting internet or your solar system. We can also help with production assessments and utility bill reviews.
+ Batteries / EV Chargers
YES, we also install battery backup systems! We are a Certified Tesla Powerwall installer, but sell and service many brands of battery systems. Batteries have become increasingly popular over the last few years: as of June 2023, about 40% of all installations in our pipeline included a battery system.
Commercial O&M
Like any other system in your facility, the solar system requires service from time to time to ensure optimal performance. Our O&M Team can provide hands off, worry-free service and maintenance and resolve a majority of issues We can closely track your system with active monitoring, ensuring peak performance and protecting your investment. We can proactively look for system issues, work with manufacturer for any equipment replacements and send our technicians for maintenance, all without your involvement. We provide peace of mind that your system is operating at full capacity.
