The largest Solarize program in the nation approaches its 1,000th installation. Solar States is in the only installer to have been part of the Solarize Philly program for all 6 phases. The program was established by The Philadelphia Energy Authority in 2010. Since then, Solar States has been the only contractor to participate in every phase.

First, property owners request a quote from Solar States through the Solarize Philly website. Solar States provides a free, accurate assessment, and designs their system if the property owner decides to move forward.
2. Sign & Install
The property owner signs a contract and Solar States installs the system:
