What are the standard residential payment terms?
- Cash – 3 payments: 10% deposit, 70% at installation, 20% at completion
- Loan – as little as $0 down, $500 security deposit, 100% financing
How much is it gonna cost?
- For every $100/month ($1,200/year) spent on utility bill PECO approx $15,000 net cost. (8-9 years till payback)
- Most solar arrays range from $15,000-$30,000 net cost. Some are more, some are less
- We can help homeowners qualify for loans, $0 down, market interest rates, low monthly payments
Are there any incentives for Solar?
- ITC (Investment Tax Credit) – Federal tax credit to get money back off the cost of a solar/battery installation – 30% back off total cost.
- IRA – Inflation Reduction Act – passed by Biden is largest Environmental Legislation in history of USA
- SRECS (Solar Renewable Energy Credit) – State incentive that is in addition to Federal Tax Credit and money saved on utility bill. PA and NJ both have programs. NJ is a little better than PA. Money comes in a little bit at a time. The more renewable energy you generate the more money you get. Kinda like a “your doing good” reward. Typically between $500-$1,500/year
