Student Stories
Damyan’s Story
Damyan “knew nothing about the Green Energy field” when he entered our solar program with the ECA. He successfully completed his internship with Solar States in 2025. “The most rewarding thing about this internship..I was allowed to finally do some installs on my own. When I did a decent job it felt pretty great.”
Marc’s Story
Marc participated in a Find Your Power program and graduated into a job with Solar States. He was transformative to the company, thriving in a number of roles from Permitting Officer to Salesperson, before taking his ambitions into his own business!
